Russian Visa Application

Applying for a visa can seem a bit daunting but we will help simplify and expedite the process for you.

Items required to obtain a Russian visa

  1. A completed and signed visa application form. We offer for downloading the latest PDF version of the form. The Russian Consulate in Seattle will not accept any other version of the form.
  2. Signed passport whose expiration date must exceed departure date from Russia by at least six months.
  3. One recent, professionally-taken, passport-size photo of the applicant
  4. Citizens of countries other than the U.S. are required to submit a copy of the U.S. visa or "Green Card", and may be required to pay an amount different than that of Americans.
  5. A money order or check payable to Rainier World Travel Inc. If you wish to pay by credit card an extra processing fee of 3.5% will apply. See rates below
  6. Visa support such as an invitation from an authorized hotel or tour operator. We can help you obtain the necessary invitation.
