Underground Seattle, discovered by chance in the 1960s, is a street of subterranean storefronts from the late 19th century before the Pioneer Square area was elevated above the tide flats. A one-hour narrated tour of Seattle’s harbour costs US$14 while the three-hour Lake Washington Cruise costs US$18.50.
